How to enable Hibernate button in windows8

First press windows key + W

1. In this search button type 'Power'

1. Windows showing many result but you can only click on 'power option'

1. In left side. click on 'chose what the power buttob do'

1. than click on 'change  setting that currentlly unavailable'

1. scroll down to 'shut down setting' click on the Hibernate box and press save setting
